Refund policy
At ARC.IV, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please review the policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns only for items that are:
- damaged on arrival
- defective
- incorrect item received
Items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in original condition
- in original packaging, where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- worn or used items
- items damaged after delivery
- products without prior return approval
- limited drops or special release items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
- custom or personalized items, unless they are defective or sent in error
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- the wrong item was sent
- the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- defective
- damaged
- incorrect
If you need an exchange, contact us first with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
5. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a short description of the problem
Without photo evidence, we may not be able to approve the claim.
6. Return shipping
Unless the return is approved due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

8. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- check your bank account again
- contact your card provider or bank
- allow additional processing time
